How it works
GMBC sells managed, verified membership in GMBC Facebook communities. You subscribe monthly, we verify the Facebook display name you give us, and we keep your membership in that community in place while your subscription is active.
- Step 01
Pick a community and subscribe
Every GMBC community is its own monthly membership with its own price. Pick the one you want and start a subscription for it. You can hold memberships in more than one community at the same time; each is billed separately on its own monthly date.
Monthly is the only billing interval we offer. There are no annual plans, bundles or trials.
- Step 02
Pay on a secure hosted checkout
Payment is completed with our payment provider. Your card details are entered into fields hosted by that provider and are never sent to or stored on GMBC systems.
You are authorising a recurring monthly charge for the amount shown at checkout, which continues until you cancel.
- Step 03
Give us your exact Facebook display name
At checkout you tell us the exact display name shown on your Facebook account — for example “John Smith”. We use it to identify you inside the community.
If the name you give us does not match your Facebook account, we cannot verify you and your membership cannot be set up. You can correct it from your account area or by contacting support.
- Step 04
We verify and set up your membership
Our team verifies the name you provided and sets up your membership in the community you subscribed to.
This step is handled by people, not instantly. We do not offer a service-level agreement or a guaranteed turnaround time, and we do not promise a specific number of hours or days.
- Step 05
Your membership stays managed while you are subscribed
While your subscription is active and in good standing, we keep your membership in place. If you cancel or your subscription ends, your membership in that community ends too.
Membership is personal to you and cannot be sold, shared or transferred to anyone else.
What membership is not
- It is not a guarantee of reach, engagement, traffic, leads, sales, income or any other outcome. We make no performance claims of any kind.
- It is not a purchase of preferential treatment. Community rules apply to every member equally, and membership does not exempt you from them.
- It is not a service-level agreement. Setup, support and administration are handled by our team without a committed response or completion time.
- It is not a relationship with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook, and it does not change the terms that govern your Facebook account.
Billing, cancellation and reactivation
- Each membership renews monthly on its own date until you cancel it.
- Cancellation is handled from your customer portal, for every payment provider. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You can reactivate at any time before the end of that paid period. Once the paid period has ended, starting again is a new purchase rather than a reactivation.
- If a payment fails, we retry it for up to 2 weeks. If it is still outstanding at the end of that window, the subscription is terminated and membership ends.

How payments are handled
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Depending on which provider is active when you subscribe, that provider is either NMI or Stripe, and your subscription stays with the provider it was created on for its lifetime. Card details are entered into payment fields or payment pages hosted by that provider and are not transmitted to, processed by, or stored on GMBC systems. GMBC stores only a provider-issued reference token plus the card brand and last four digits returned by the provider for display.
