1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to GMBC Premium, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
2. The Service
GMBC Premium grants access to a private Facebook group containing exclusive content for paying members. Access is provided through a Facebook group join code delivered upon successful payment.
3. Billing
The subscription costs $20.00 USD per month, charged every 30 days. Your card is securely stored by NMI and charged automatically on each renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your customer portal.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the premium Facebook group through the end of your current paid period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at GMBC's discretion. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Member Conduct
Access to the premium Facebook group is contingent on compliance with group rules. GMBC reserves the right to remove members from the group and terminate subscriptions for violation of community standards, harassment, or any conduct deemed inappropriate. No refund will be issued for terminations resulting from policy violations.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All content within the premium Facebook group is the intellectual property of GMBC and/or its contributors. You may not redistribute, republish, or share premium content outside the group without explicit written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GMBC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
GMBC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
