Cancellation
You can cancel your GMBC Premium subscription at any time from your customer portal. After cancellation, you will retain access to the premium Facebook group through the end of your current paid period and will not be charged again.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges. We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges or technical billing errors
- Charges made after a successful cancellation request
- Unauthorized access to your payment method
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your subscription email and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We will respond within a few business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original card and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate issue. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your subscription and removal from the premium Facebook group.
